Named for the hand-crafted wooden whisks used to froth up a mug of cocoa and fortified with cinnamon and cayenne chiles, Molinillo satisfies both your sweet and heat cravings.

This double IPA is brewed with Michigan-grown Centennial and Summit hops, Ohio malt, and honey harvested by our friends and neighbors, the bee collective. Hopbee IPA benefits their mission of supporting pollinators and pollinator habitats, and providing enthusiastic environmental education to the city of Columbus.

We teamed up with the Ohio Hispanic Coalition and artist Ariel Peguero (@apegdesign) to bring you Las Pilas - a Mexican Dark Lager with Plantains. Inspired by the maduros served throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, this beer is brewed with Olotillo Mexican heirloom corn and swaps caramelized plantains in place of caramel malt, resulting in a slightly sweet yet crisp dark lager. Las Pilas is derived from the phrase “ponte las pilas” or "put on batteries" - a motivational saying referential to the ingenuity and resourcefulness of the Latino/Hispanic community. Proceeds from this beer proudly benefit the Ohio Hispanic Coalition.

We teamed up with our partners in pork, Ray Ray’s Hog Pit, for this Helles Lager featuring grain smoked with Ray Ray’s smoker!

There are few patriotic pairs as perfect as stars and stripes, hops and barley, hamburgers and hotdogs, pools and parties… But, falling seamlessly in line with these iconic duos is the All-American mashup of Homage and Land-Grant. This collaborative Pale Ale combines Columbus, Ekuanot, Cashmere, and Comet hops for an herbaceous and citrusy beer that’s right at home in the backyard or the ballpark.

A collaboration with our friends Little Fish Brewing in Athens, Ohio. This crisp, refreshing pilsner is brewed collaboratively with Ohio grain, Ohio blue corn, Michigan Crystal hops, and Oslo Kveik Yeast. The resulting beer is a crackery pilsner with floral and slightly spicy hop notes.

When we invited the dedicated supporters of the Columbus Crew to our taproom in 2014 to taste-test the beer that would become our first supporter beer - this deceptively dark brew finished just shy of the top of the table. Despite its dark appearance, For Columbus Black Lager drinks super smooth with just a subtle touch of roast - making it the perfect beer for a late season match.

Our third collaboration with Columbus confectionary stalwarts, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, is inspired by one of their late-summer favorites: Brambleberry Crisp. Blackberry and blackcurrant team up with flaked oats and vanilla for dessert-worthy, fruit-filled, creaminess. It’s the next best thing to a slice of pie with a big ol’ scoop of vanilla. This sour ale was brewed collaboratively in the Brazilian Catharina style and features fruits popular in Rio’s juice bars, or “Sucos.” Acerola and feijola pack this beer with tropical fruit flavor and pink peppercorns lend the beer an earthy, fruity spice.

Brewed with Club and City in mind, Glory is an American Wheat Ale with Citra hops. Its final recipe was culled from two experimental taproom tastings with the passionate supporters of Columbus Crew SC. They chose this bright, hoppy, and refreshing wheat ale as their beer. Was, the first ever beer in the Sun-Grant Series is a blonde ale brewed with fossil-free malt, Ohio hops, and local honey from Stratford Ecological Center.

Legend has it that Mole was improvised in the Mexican state of Puebla by a convent of nuns, Who Threw any and Everything in the pot ahead of an Archbishop’s visit. A super juicy pale ale that packs a farmers’ market worth of seasonal fruit flavor in a portable 12oz package. Grapefruit, papaya, and passionfruit are all here, manifested strictly through the generous addition of Mosaic, Centennial, Loral, and Bravo hops.

We worked with O.G. Columbus Coffee Roasters, Stauf’s, to take this hearty coffee stout south of the Ohio via the addition of a freshly roasted heap of bourbon barrel aged coffee beans. The resulting beer is an aromatic, smooth, and oaky sipper.

This hardy Imperial Stout was brewed specifically to celebrate our Fourth Anniversary at our Franklinton Brewery and Taproom on September 29 2018. Barrel-Aged on Middle West Spirits bourbon-soaked oak, this jet-black stout offers up notes of Vanilla, Coconut, and a Coffee-forward finish.

Brewed to commemorate and celebrate two years of crafting beer in Columbus, Ohio, Batch 200 is an Imperial Stout brewed with a mountain of specialty malt. It is a strong, warming beer, offering up a touch of spice and a hardy sense of revelry.

Eos- named for the greek goddess of the dawn- is the second beer in the Sun-Grant series, and is an easy drinking Session Ale brewed with Fossil-Free malt, local malt, and Ohio hops.

This Pale Ale—dry-hopped with tropical fruit packed Mosaic hops and infused with blueberries—rounds out that perfect Spring day with heaps of aroma, a touch of tart, and all the refreshment you need to complete your ideal idle afternoon.

Let us introduce to you...the Lonely Hops Club: It's an exclusive outfit with room for just one, and this time around that solo act is Simcoe. We picked the absolute best Simcoe hops available, put them up on stage, all alone, and let them have their moment in the spotlight. Big bright citrus, grapefruit, and pine sing out loud. It's a wall of sound, but it's coming from that one single hop.

A beer brewed for a life at sea, and the anchor of our annual Sea-Grant Lager Series. Deep Search is a dynamite, powerful Porter with a murky appearance. It is warm, strong, sweet, complex--a reminder of love lost, and the adventures that lay ahead. Bon voyage.

Who is this guy? A surreally sessionable wheat ale, that drinks like boozy lemonade. This limited realease beer was brewed using a kettle souring technique, utilizing lactobacillus to acheive it’s unique tart flavor. It’s the perfect beer for for drinking out of cups on the patio, and blends nicely with our raspberry and Galaxy hop flavored syrups. All said, this beer’s got it going bossa nova. Get real.

For our 500th brew, we wanted to make something special. Batch 500 is a strong fruited Sour Ale brewed with sweet cherry and plum to commemorate this milestone at our Franklinton, Columbus, Ohio brewery. Here’s to 500 more!
