Ray Ray’s Supper Club – Land-Grant Brewers’ Night

As part of Ray Ray’s Supper Club, James Anderson and Jacob Wilson are preparing another inspired menu featuring Land-Grant Dan Shaffer, Land-Grant Head Brewer, and Patrick Driskill, Land-Grant Lead Brewer, for this 7-course brewers collaboration. This dinner is a reunion of the hugely popular Land-Grant and Ray Ray’s Hickory & Oak series in Franklinton many years ago. Dinner promises a mix of Southern and Cajun influences with exceptional ingredients including boudin sausage, goats milk shrimp and grits, smoked cabbage, ember beets, pecans, escabeche, and bee sting cake. Each of the seven courses will come alive with a Land-Grant pairing served by Dan and Patrick that includes several limited edition and seasonal beers.
The menu is designed and prepared by chefs James Anderson and Jacob Wilson.
Tickets include your paired dinner and tax. Gratuity is additional and greatly appreciated.
