Science is Brewing! Brewer & Scientist-Led Brewery Tour

There’s quite a bit of science that goes on every day here in our brewery and taproom in Franklinton, and we’re ready to give you a peek behind the scenes! In conjunction with COSI’s Science Festival, we invite you inside our brewing facility for a free tour lead by Land-Grant Director of Brewing Operations, Chris Helderman and a COSI Scientist Joe Wood. From Yeast and Malts to Carbonation and Oxidation – our experts will cover it all in this free 45-minute brewery tour, equipped with COSI science demonstrations at every turn!
First Tour: 6:00PM start
Second Tour: 7:15PM start
Two Fatt Indians food truck will be on-site so you can make an evening of it with dinner and a tour! We hope you’ll join us to see the science of brewing firsthand with our friends at COSI!
