Role Overview:
The Senior Director of Marketing and Strategy will be at the helm of our marketing initiatives, focusing on our brand’s projection in both wholesale and retail channels. Reporting to the CEO, this visionary will pioneer modern marketing strategies, optimize our digital and social media footprint, and be the binding force that aligns our diverse teams towards a common goal. This position will be an integral part of the Land-Grant Leadership Team.  

Direct Reports:
Director of Sales, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Creative Director, and Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership – Craft and implement potent sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Brand Amplification – Collaborate with leadership to amplify our brand presence and recognition across channels.
  3. Team Collaboration – Lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering an environment of innovation, synergy, and growth.
  4. Data-Driven Decisions – Utilize analytics tools for strategy formulation, evaluate campaign efficacy, and anticipate market trends.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement – Build robust ties with internal teams and external partners to ensure unified efforts and optimized outreach.
  6. Campaign Mastery – Design, oversee, and refine marketing campaigns across varied channels, ensuring resonant brand engagement.
  7. Budget Acumen – Develop, manage, and optimize marketing budgets, guaranteeing effective allocation and robust ROI.

    • Significant experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the craft beer, hospitality or consumer products industries.
    • Demonstrable proficiency in modern marketing techniques and tools.
    • Passion for craft beer, its culture, and market dynamics.
