Land-Grant Greenskeeeper Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Land-Grant Golf Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins in April 10, 2025  and ends on May 27, 2025  (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Land-Grant Brewing Co., its affiliates, distributors, and promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and household members of such employees, are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants must enter via online entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • One winner per participating golf course will be randomly selected.
  • Winners will be notified and assigned a participating course during the week of May 27, 2025.
  • All winners will be notified no later than Friday, May 30, 2025, via email.

5. PRIZES

Each winner will receive:

  • A “Twosome Package”: one round of golf for two (winner and a guest).
  • A reserved tee time at the assigned participating golf course.
  • The round is fully covered; no additional greens fees apply.

6. REDEMPTION & COURSE STIPULATIONS

  • Tee times are available Monday through Thursday in June 2025.
  • The prize expires on June 30, 2025. After this date, it is null and void.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
  • Land-Grant Brewing Co. is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow Land-Grant Brewing Co. to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Land-Grant Brewing Co. and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may interfere with participation.

9. DISPUTES

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Franklin County Ohio.
