Join us for a 60-minute fitness boxing workout, followed by some beers with pals! (The ‘Brews’ duration is completely up to you. As long as it’s before close 😉)
🥊 Open to all skill and fitness levels! This will be a low-impact workout, primarily consisting of shadowboxing to specific punch combos, with basic strength and cardio movements mixed in as well.

📋 Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign waiver and situate belongings.
