  • Stage: Elevate your event with stage access, perfect for presentations, performances, or live entertainment. Please note: we offer speakers but no screen at this time.

  • Summer Bungalows: Get some shade in one of our eleven Summer Bungalows decked out with tropical plants and comfortable, plush seating.

  • Fully Stocked Bar: Access to our comprehensive bar featuring a diverse selection. Our offerings include Land-Grant Brewing craft beer, a variety of liquors, hard cider, wine, seasonal cocktails, and an array of non-alcoholic options. 

  • Fully Staffed by Land-Grant: Sit back and relax as our expert team takes care of every detail. Our event space is fully staffed by dedicated Land-Grant professionals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

  • Catering Flexibility: Feel free to cater in food from your preferred source or bring in a food truck, allowing you to create a customized menu that suits your tastes and preferences.

  • Fully Stocked Bar: Elevate your celebration with our comprehensive bar featuring a diverse selection. Our offerings include Land-Grant Brewing craft beer, a variety of liquors, seasonal cocktails, wine, and an array of non-alcoholic options. 
  • TV Access: Keep your guests entertained and informed with TV access throughout the venue. Showcase presentations, slideshows, or simply create a lively atmosphere with your favorite content. Please note that some employees of Land-Grant will still need to retain limited access to the taproom. As such, consideration should be taken with proprietary or confidential information when presenting in the taproom. 
  • Fully Staffed by Land-Grant: Sit back and relax as our expert team takes care of every detail. Our winter wonderland event space is fully staffed by dedicated Land-Grant professionals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
  • Catering Flexibility: Feel free to cater in food from your preferred source, allowing you to create a customized menu that suits your tastes and preferences.

Pricing and Availability:

Enjoy exclusive use of our Land-Grant Taproom for just $150 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. This space is available Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The space has seating for 60 people.

KICKSTARTER ROOM

  • Food Truck Catering: We love supporting our local food trucks, and if you would like your party catered with food, we ask that you work with our food truck for the day of your reservation. Our food truck schedule can be viewed on our Taproom page. Outside desserts are permitted in this space.

  • Fully Stocked Bar: Elevate your celebration with our comprehensive bar featuring a diverse selection. Our offerings include Land-Grant Brewing craft beer, a variety of liquors, seasonal cocktails, wine, and an array of non-alcoholic options. Land-Grant does not provide a private bar/servers for Kickstarter room reservations. Guests will order all beverages at the bar.

  • TV Access: Our kickstarter room has TV access where you have the freedom to control channels and even stream games for a tailored experience that suits your unique event.

Pricing and Availability:

Enjoy use of our semi-private room off of our main Land-Grant Taproom with seating for 12 people and can host groups up to 25 people. Available in the following time blocks:

  • 1 Hour – $20
  • 2 Hour – $35
  • 3 Hour – $55
  • 4 Hour –  $70
