Field Sales Representative – Dayton

Land-Grant is searching for a Field Sales Representative (Rep) in Dayton, Ohio who embodies our core values consisting of: Integrity, Pasion, Pride, Community and Creativity & Fun. As a Field Sales Representative for Land-Grant, you are responsible for the sales of Land-Grant products, establishing and managing new accounts, while managing existing account relationships within the designated territory. 

This individual will develop and manage relationships in a way that supports the organization’s mission, vision, and goals while demonstrating the core values. This individual supports the strategy for sales growth, market expansion, best practices, and sales procedures in the developing Dayton market.

The position has a base salary plus commission, and will report to the Land-Grant Director of Sales. Responsibilities will be performed Monday through Friday with potential for weekend activities, such as events. We are looking for 1-2 years experience and a proven track record to help us drive the market. Location preference: Dayton, Ohio


  •       Build & maintain relationships by communicating regularly with strategic On-Premise accounts and key Off-Premise partners (weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence).
  •       Schedule and manage samplings, promos, staff training, beer festivals, all related events.
  •       Increase distribution of Land-Grant products.
  •       Participate in the development and management of annual marketing plans for the Dayton marketplace.
  •       Fulfill and plan for the needs of a growing marketplace and set Land-Grant up for growth and exceptional customer/distribution service.
  •       Communicate with the Director of Sales regarding orders, trends, seasonal considerations and all other sales related issues.
  •        Analyze sales/performance data and update reports weekly – discover opportunities on how to grow and improve the market.


  • Passionate about craft beer, excited about Land-Grants vision/values and obsessed with customer satisfaction.
  • Enthusiastic and comfortable working in a growing company that is looking to pivot, grow and maximize customer connections (loves to win & inquisitive).
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined, you take initiative and work autonomously; you are motivated by growing the market and seeing the opportunity.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
