Legend has is that deep in the densest, juiciest depths of the most tropical of mythic forests lives the Mosaicoe, a creature born from the tangerine resins of Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Fleet of foot and with a pinappley aroma, Mosaicoe is hard to catch but a sight to behold.
