NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR CONSUMPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. IN SHORT, APART FROM ENTERING, THERE IS NOTHING ELSE YOU CAN DO TO INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MAKING A QUALIFYING PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am (ET) on September 5, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on September 19, 2021 (hereafter the “Contest Period”). Entrants must fully complete the digital entry form (Free Alternative Method of Entry) found at https://landgrantbrewing.com/turf or make a Qualifying Purchase during the Contest Period. For the purpose of the Sweepstakes, a “Qualifying Purchase” is defined as the purchase of one (1) promo pack, consisting of one (1) case of beer (4 six-packs) from Land-Grant Brewing Company’ Taproom that includes, at minimum, one (1) six-pack of Lawnraker Oktoberfest in the case and an optional free 12.5lbs bag of Scotts WinterGuard Fall Lawn Food. Qualifying Purchases may be made online at https://landgrantbrewing.com/ or in-store at 424 W Town St. Columbus, OH 43215. Optional free bag of Scotts WinterGuard Fall Lawn Food will be available at the time of Qualifying Purchase, if purchase is made in store, or made available at time of pick up or delivery of Qualifying Purchase if purchase is made online. If purchased online, the entrant will receive one (1) entry automatically. If purchased in-store, entrant will be required to follow supplied instructions to receive their one (1) entry. Upon completion of the necessary requirements of either option listed above, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No purchase necessary to enter. Making a Qualifying Purchase to enter does not increase the odds of winning. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple phone numbers, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsors and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes requires accurate entrant information on your digital entry or order form. Sponsors are not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsors, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsors, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Sweepstakes or supplying the prize (or any prize component), and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Void where prohibited.

- Protect Your Turf Grand Prize: Two (2) Scotts Pitchside Seat tickets to the Columbus Crew match at Lower.com field on November 7, 2021 with one (1) parking pass and a Columbus Crew merchandise bundle. The Columbus Crew merchandise bundle will consist of one (1) signed pair of goalie gloves, two (2) Columbus Crew T-shirts, two (2) Columbus Crew scarves, one (1) large house flag, and assorted Crew stickers and magnets. (Approximate Retail Value of $981)
- One (1) tour of Lower.com Field on October 12, 2021 or October 18, 2021 for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest. The tour will conclude with a meet-and-greet of the Columbus Crew’s Grounds Crew. (Approximate Retail Value of $0.00)
Note: Scotts Pitchside Seat tickets include access to unlimited food & beverage, but does not include alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for guests to purchase on their own.
Ten (10) First Place Winners will receive the following prize:
- One (1) tour of Lower.com Field on October 12, 2021 or October 18, 2021. The tour will conclude with a meet-and-greet of the Columbus Crew’s Grounds Crew. Each First Place Winner may bring one (1) guest to this experience. (Approximate Retail Value of $0.00)
Actual/appraised values may differ at the time the prizes are awarded. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by the Sponsors. Prize items shown in any marketing material may differ from the exact prizes awarded. The prizes awarded herein are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all travel expenses and any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winners is permitted. If for any reason any Prize is unavailable or any Prize or related event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or for any other reason, Sponsors reserve the right to modify the Sweepstakes in their sole discretion and award a substitute Prize, or portion of Prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules.
Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 20, 2021 by Sponsors to select the one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) First Place Winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided upon entry within 24 hours following the Winner selection. Sponsors shall have no liability for a Winners’ failure to receive notices due to Winners’ spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The potential Winners may be required to prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, residence and identity. If the selected Winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the Prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or otherwise fail to comply with the Official Rules, Prizes may be forfeited, and an alternate Winners will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
Upon notification and acceptance of the Prize for each Winner, additional details regarding the delivery of the prizes listed above will be given to the Winners and additional communications and coordination between the Winners and Sponsors may be needed. By participating in Sweepstakes, each Winner grants to Sponsors and each of its designees the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit Winner’s name, image, likeness, social media handle, voice, conversation, performance and any other attributes of Winner, individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, promotion or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
The receipt by Winners of the Prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR AT SPONSORS’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A GRAND PRIZE OR FIRST PLACE WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties: By participating, entrants and Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective representatives, agents successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or relating to entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and or/or use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activities and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (I) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (II) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY — WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION — BY BINDING ARBITRATION (BY A SINGLE NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR SELECTED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; AND (III) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL SUCH CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS OR AWARDS INCLUDE ATTORNEYS’ FEES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Force Majeure Event: In the event Sponsors are prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond their control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or pandemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsors’ control, Sponsors shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsors will (if possible) select the Winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
Additional Conditions: Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such a case, Sponsors will select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action is taken by Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or entry website. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the Prizes if, in their sole discretion, they determine that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsors representatives.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
