How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am (ET) on July 30, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on August 8, 2021. Entrants must fully complete the digital entry form found at https://landgrantbrewing.com/classic/. Upon completion of the necessary requirements, you will receive one (1) entry into the Suite-stakes. No purchase necessary to enter. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple phone numbers, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes requires accurate entrant information on your digital entry form. Sponsor is not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Suite-stakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Sweepstakes or supplying the prize (or any prize component), and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Void where prohibited.
Prizes and Valuations: The Winner will receive the following prizes:
From Land-Grant:
Land-Grant Tailgate Merch Bundle: “Oh, Sure” RTIC Backpack Cooler, Two (2) Land-Grant Flannel Shirts, Two (2) Land-Grant Classic Seal T-shirts, Two (2) Land-Grant Crewneck Sweatshirts, Two (2) Land-Grant Beanies, $75 Gift Card from LG (Approximate Retail Value of $400). Land-Grant will make best efforts to accommodate Winner’s requests for size and color of clothing items, however, actual size and color of clothing items awarded will be dependent on available inventory.
From Classic for Columbus:
One (1) luxury suite at Ohio Stadium for the Classic for Columbus event on August 28, 2021 with three (3) parking passes. (Approximate Retail Value of $5,500)
Note: Suite can accommodate up to 20 guests at the 2021 Classic for Columbus event. Winner will be able to order food & beverage in suite, but this does not include alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for guests to purchase on their own. Guests will enter the stadium via a private entrance and will have access to the Huntington Club Hospitality Level. Winner will also receive three (3) parking passes. Winner will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver for use of the luxury suite at Ohio Stadium. Neither Sponsor nor Classic for Columbus will be responsible for Winner’s failure to sign such a waiver or inability to access and use the luxury suite as a result of such failure.
Actual/appraised value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. The prize items shown in any marketing material may differ from the exact prize awarded. The prizes awarded herein are non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about August 9, 2021 by Sponsor to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon entry within 24 hours following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk email, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or otherwise fails to comply with the Official Rules, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
Upon notification and acceptance of the Prize by Winner, additional details regarding the delivery of the prizes listed above will be given to the Winner and additional communications and coordination between Winner and Sponsor may be needed. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Classic for Columbus to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry solely for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The receipt by Winner of the Prize offered in this Suite-stakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SUITE-STAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties: By participating, entrants and Winner agree to release and hold harmless, Sponsor and Classic for Columbus, and their respective representatives, agents successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Suite-stakes, or possession, acceptance and or/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any Suite-stakes related activities and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion or privacy and merchandise delivery.
Force Majeure Event: In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Suite-stakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond their control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or pandemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Suite-stakes. If the Suite-stakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the Winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Additional Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Suite-stakes should non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Suite-stakes. In such a case, Sponson will select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action is taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Suite-stakes or entry website. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Suite-stakes or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Suite-stakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Disputes; Governing Law: The parties waive all rights to trial in acy action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Suite-stakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and or the Suite-stakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Columbus, Ohio.
These Official Rules and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Suite-stakes, the parties submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to 424 W. Town St., Columbus, OH 43215.
Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants, in accordance with their privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://landgrantbrewing.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Suite-stakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering the Suite-stakes you agree to receive periodic marketing and promotion related communications from Sponsor and Classic for Columbus. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by unsubscribing or utilizing the opt-out feature provided after entering.
