Land-Grant Brewing Company, 424 W Town St, Columbus, OH 43215 (“Land-Grant” or “Sponsor”).

Eligibility:

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio, where allowed by law, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, consultants, contractors, interns, and their immediate family and household members associated with the Sponsor or any entity involved in sponsoring, promoting, fulfilling, or administering this Sweepstakes, including any affiliate or subsidiary, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family” means parents, children, siblings, and spouses, regardless of residence. “Household members” are those sharing the same residence for at least three months a year.

Sweepstakes Schedule:

The Entry Period for this Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

Methods of Entry:

Participants can enter via one of the following two methods:

  1. Online Entry: Visit https://landgrantbrewing.com/2025-wintergarden-sweepstakes/ and fill out the entry form, including your full name, email address, phone number, and birthdate. Submit the form to complete your entry.

Include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address in your mail-in entry.

By entering this contest, you agree to be added to Land-Grant Brewing Company’s email newsletter list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Entry Limits:

Only one (1) entry per person, per 30-day period, is permitted throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Using multiple accounts, emails, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage will result in disqualification.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value:

Ten (10) Winners will each receive:

  • One (1) 90-minute Brewery Curling lane reservation (for winner and eligible guests, capacity per venue rules),
  • One (1) Heated Igloo reservation (for winner and eligible guests, capacity per venue rules), and
  • One (1) $100 Land-Grant Gift Card (redeemable for drinks or merch in the taproom).

Prize Details:

  • Reservations required; subject to availability, blackout dates, and venue schedule. Typical blackout periods may include peak holidays, special events, or sold-out sessions.
  • Weather policy: Outdoor/ice experiences may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled for safety or operational reasons at Sponsor’s discretion.
  • Capacity & rules: Number of guests per lane/igloo is limited by current venue policies. All guests must comply with posted rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.
  • Expiration: Prizes must be booked and used by December 31, 2026 or they may be forfeited.
  • No cash or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if a prize component becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. Prizes are not transferable.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held within five (5) business days after the end of the Entry Period. Potential winners will be contacted via email within five (5) days of the drawing.

Claiming the Prize:

The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days of notification. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be chosen. Upon confirmation of eligibility, the winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release, and Indemnification, along with a release for use of their name and likeness, as permitted by law.

General Terms:

  • Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and prize providers from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from participation or the use/misuse of the prize.
  • Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, photo, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  • Right to Modify or Terminate: Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if unforeseen factors outside of its control render the Sweepstakes impracticable, including but not limited to technical errors, viruses, or interruptions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes regarding the Sweepstakes will be handled individually in the appropriate court in Columbus, Ohio. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ohio.

Miscellaneous:

  • The prize is not redeemable for cash.
  • Entries: Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries.
  • Eligibility: Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entrants who provide false information or break Sweepstakes rules.

Final Terms:

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with these Official Terms and Conditions. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
