Looking for the best spot in the beer garden? Our Beer Garden Booths are the only reservable spaces, offering exclusive seating for up to 12 guests—and more are always welcome! Whether you’re gathering for a casual hangout, celebrating a special occasion, or just looking for a comfortable space to enjoy great beer, these booths offer the perfect setup.

- Convenient QR code ordering: Easy ordering right from your phone with delivery straight to your booth.
- Fire Pit Available: Looking to add a little extra warmth and ambiance to your gathering? Our fire pit can be turned on upon request, creating a cozy atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy.
- Food Truck Catering: We love supporting our local food trucks, and if you would like your party catered with food, we ask that you work with our food truck for the day of your reservation. Our food truck offerings can be viewed on our food page. Outside desserts are permitted in this space.

- Fully Stocked Bar: Elevate your celebration with our comprehensive bar featuring a diverse selection. Our offerings include Land-Grant Brewing craft beer, a variety of liquors, seasonal cocktails, wine, and an array of non-alcoholic options. Land-Grant does not provide a private bar/servers for Kickstarter room reservations. Guests will order all beverages at the bar.
- TV Access: Our kickstarter room has TV access where you have the freedom to control channels and even stream games for a tailored experience that suits your unique event.

Take your private event to the next level with a private brewery tour and guided tasting experience. Perfect for groups of 10 or more, this interactive add-on lets your guests explore our brewing process, enjoy a curated flight of our latest small-batch and experimental beers, and discover the stories behind each sip. Please note that some employees of Land-Grant will still need to retain limited access to the taproom. As such, consideration should be taken with proprietary or confidential information when presenting in the taproom.
- Fully Staffed by Land-Grant: Sit back and relax as our expert team takes care of every detail. Our Taproom is fully staffed by dedicated Land-Grant professionals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
- Catering Flexibility: Feel free to cater in food from your preferred source, allowing you to create a customized menu that suits your tastes and preferences. You can also support our on-site food trucks, which offer a rotating selection of delicious options—check out our food schedule for the latest lineup.
Pricing and Availability:
Enjoy exclusive use of our Land-Grant Taproom for just $150 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. This space is available Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The space has seating for 60 people.

$500 per hour for rental fee, which includes $300 per hour bar tab credit (the bar tab credit will be used towards purchases at a bar.)
Friday – Saturday:
$1000 per hour for rental fee, which includes a $400 per hour bar tab credit (the bar tab credit will be used towards purchases at a bar.)
Please note that a 25% gratuity will be automatically added to your total bill.
This space can host groups indoors up to 55 people, with the option for additional people if utilizing outdoor seating as well.
