Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Land-Grant is searching for a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator who embodies our core values: Operate with Integrity, Perform with Pride, Cultivate the Community, Foster Creativity & Fun and Pursue with Passion. As a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator for Land-Grant, you will be responsible for a number of different tasks pertaining to the daily production and distribution needs of the brewery.  

With direction from the Logistics and Purchasing Manager, the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator will be required to complete weekly objectives – such as material pick-ups, dunnage returns, receiving shipments, storing products/materials and maintaining inventory at our offsite warehouse and cooler spaces.  

This role is a full-time hourly position with benefits (non-exempt) and will have both quarterly and annual reviews with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Daily retrieval of grain, hops and packaging materials from the warehouse
  • Confirm incoming grain/hops shipments through triple match and put them away according to variety
  • Transport finished product to and from warehouse as needed
  • Staging of out-of-market sales orders and distributor orders at the warehouse
  • Weekly distributor loadouts
  • Dunnage organization, staging and returns
  • Must have a background in inventory management. Required to perform weekly maintenance of finished product inventory and assist in quarterly raw materials inventory.
  • Maintain organization and general cleanliness of warehouse and cooler spaces
  • Other duties as necessary

    Requirements

    • Inventory management experience
    • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
    • Forklift Certified (mandatory training provided upon hire)
    • Ability to:
      • Routinely lift 55 lbs
      • Routinely maneuver full ½ bbl kegs
      • Work a flexible schedule
      • Work efficiently on a team and independently

      Position Details

      • Starting pay range: $21-$23/hour, depending on experience
